Terms & Conditions

Your spot at any Southern New England Small Business event is not reserved until your deposit is received.

Upon acceptance to any show you will be sent an invoice to make your deposit. Your 50% deposit is due within 2 business days of your application acceptance.

If full payment is not received by the specified due date, you forfeit your deposit and Southern New England Events LLC reserves the right to resell your space.

Your vendor payment is not refundable under any circumstance as these deposits are used to procure items for booth setup and display. Your space is not transferable to another vendor if you chose not to participate.

Southern New England Events LLC, asks that you share any advertising efforts put out on social media and any print advertising given to you.

In the event of adverse weather, fire, casualty, disaster, labor disputes, acts of God, or other emergency situations beyond the control of Southern New England Events LLC, Southern New England Events LLC will attempt to reschedule and/or find an alternative space for the event. The Vendor agrees that these terms and conditions will apply to a rescheduled event and that Southern New England LLC shall not be liable to a vendor for any loss or damage suffered by the vendor by reason of such rescheduling and/or relocation of the expo.

Southern New England Events LLC makes no guarantee regarding attendance volume.

Southern New England Events, LLC reserve the right to deny any applications. We are attempt to hold diverse shows and want to ensure quality products and a wide variety of vendor participation.

All vendors are required to be completely set up 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the show.

Vendors are prohibited from breaking down or packing before the scheduled event end time. Vendors that break down early risk participation in future shows.

Vendors are only permitted to sell their products within their allocated and defined area.
